Setup, start-up, and adjustment of CNC machines according to operation orders and technical drawings. Prefer applicants with experience in operating Okuma machines. Upload programs and verify correctness of operating settings and tools used. Monitor product quality and perform necessary measurements to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform daily preventive maintenance and report technical faults. Replace and adjust cutting tools and make necessary adjustments during operation. Adhere to safety, quality procedures and the 5S system within the work area. Accurately record production data, faults, and operational observations. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve operational performance and reduce downtime.
