تعلن شركة المركز الفني ، المتخصصة في تجارة وتوزيع قطع الغيار الصناعية، عن حاجتها لتعيين:أمين مخزن (Store Keeper)مكان العمل: مدينة 6 أكتوبر.الشروط:خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال إدارة المخازن.السن من 25 إلى 40 سنة.يشترط أن يكون المتقدم من سكان مدينة 6 أكتوبر أو المناطق القريبة.خبرة في استلام وصرف البضائع وإدارة حركة المخزون.خبرة في الجرد الدوري والسنوي ومطابقة الأرصدة.إجادة استخدام الكمبيوتر وبرامج Microsoft Excel.يفضل من لديه خبرة في العمل على أحد أنظمة ERP مثل Odoo أو أي نظام مشابه.يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في مخازن قطع الغيار الصناعية أو العدد أو المعدات أو المنتجات الفنية.يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة سارية في حال الحاجة للتنقل بين المخازن.القدرة على التعامل مع الأصناف ذات أرقام القطع (Part Numbers) وتنظيمها والبحث عنها.الالتزام، الدقة، حسن التنظيم، وتحمل المسؤولية.المهام والمسؤوليات:استلام شحنات قطع الغيار وفحصها والتأكد من مطابقتها لأوامر الشراء والمواصفات المطلوبة.تنظيم وتكويد وترتيب الأصناف داخل المخزن وفق النظام المعتمد بما يضمن سهولة الوصول إليها.تنفيذ عمليات الاستلام والصرف والتحويل وإصدار الأذون الخاصة بها بدقة.تسجيل جميع حركات المخزون على نظام ERP والتأكد من صحة البيانات.إجراء الجرد الدوري والجرد السنوي ومطابقة الرصيد الفعلي مع رصيد النظام ومعالجة أي فروقات.المحافظة على تنظيم المخزنالمحافظة على العهدة والأصول الموجودة داخل المخزن وتحمل مسؤولية سلامة المخزون.تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى تتعلق بإدارة المخازن وفق توجيهات الإدارة.ساعات العمل:من 8:00 صباحًا إلى 5:00 مساءً.الراتب والمزايا:الراتب يبدأ من 7,000 جنيه ويحدد حسب الخبرة ونتيجة المقابلة الشخصية.بيئة عمل مستقرة.فرص للتطوير والنمو الوظيفي.

Experience in receiving and issuing goods and managing stock movement. Experience in periodic and annual stocktaking and reconciliation. Proficiency in computer use and Microsoft Excel. Duties and responsibilities: Receiving spare parts shipments, inspecting them, and ensuring compliance with purchase orders and required specifications. Organizing, coding, and arranging items within the warehouse according to the approved system to ensure easy access. Executing receipt, issue, transfer processes and issuing related permits accurately. Recording all stock movements in the ERP system and ensuring data accuracy. Conducting periodic and annual stock counts and reconciling actual stock with system stock and addressing any discrepancies. Maintaining warehouse organization. Safeguarding entrusted items and assets within the warehouse and assuming responsibility for stock safety. Performing any other warehouse management tasks as directed by management. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary and benefits: Salary starts at 7,000 EGP and is determined by experience and interview result. Stable work environment.
