Job DescriptionPrepare quotations, technical offers, and pricing documents.Review and organize datasheets, compliance sheets, and project documentation.Prepare and submit technical submittals according to project requirements.Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounts, and Suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Follow up on project progress and maintain accurate project records.Update ERP system and maintain project-related documentation.Read and review technical drawings using AutoCAD when required.Support the team in delivering projects on time while ensuring documentation accuracy.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in any relevant field.0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.Knowledge of DIALux evo is a plus.ERP experience is a plus.Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to work on multiple tasks.Willingness to learn and grow in the lighting industry.Job TypeFull-time.80% office-based.Training provided.
