About the Role The Nursery Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for our premium international nursery, ensuring excellence in early years education, a safe and inspiring learning environment, and an outstanding experience for children, families, and employees.
Key Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership and oversee the overall operation of the nursery. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of educators and support staff. Ensure the delivery of an exceptional early years learning experience aligned with international best practices. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that supports every child's development. Build strong, professional relationships with parents and the wider nursery community. Maintain the highest standards of operational excellence, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Represent the nursery with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to excellence.
Candidate Profile Proven leadership experience within an international nursery, preschool, or early years setting. Passion for early childhood education and child development. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and decision-making abilities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and emotional intelligence. Fluent English is essential.
