Job title: Technical Training Team Leader Location: Cairo, Egypt (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role AMIT Learning is looking for a Technical Training Team Leader to lead the development and delivery of our technical bootcamps and diploma programs. The ideal candidate will oversee instructors, ensure training quality, develop technical content, and continuously improve the learning experience. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and evaluate full-time and part-time instructors. Manage instructor performance and ensure high-quality training delivery. Develop and update course outlines, presentations, labs, assessments, and practical projects. Monitor student satisfaction and continuously improve training quality. Ensure all programs align with industry needs and current technologies. Collaborate with the Commercial and Marketing teams to support business growth and new program launches. Support academic planning and ensure successful delivery of all technical programs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.5+ years of experience in technical training or education management. Experience managing instructors or technical teams. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Excellent English communication skills.
