About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Hotel Contracting & Strategic Partnerships Manager based in Egypt to spearhead our luxury travel and hotel portfolio. The primary objective of this role is to establish direct, high-value contracts with major global hotel chains, position our agency as a Preferred Partner, and actively drive our affiliation with prestigious global luxury travel networks (such as Virtuoso, Travel Edge, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Hotel Contracting: Lead end-to-end negotiations with luxury hotel groups and resorts to secure competitive B2B rates, exclusive perks, and preferred partnership status.
Partnership Acquisition: Proactively pitch, follow up, and close agreements with top-tier hotel brands to elevate the agency’s standing in the market.
Luxury Network Affiliation: Manage the process of qualifying, applying, and integrating our agency into elite luxury travel networks and consortia (e.g., Virtuoso, Travel Edge, etc.).
Portfolio & Product Development: Design and enhance high-end hospitality and travel products tailored to our corporate and premium individual clients.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with global hotel sales leadership, with availability to travel to Saudi Arabia for strategic planning and executive meetings as required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must be based in Egypt.
5 years of proven experience in hotel contracting, luxury travel management, or B2B hospitality business development.
An extensive existing network of direct contacts with sales leadership across major
global hotel chains and luxury boutique properties.
Solid understanding of luxury consortia operations (Virtuoso, Travel Edge, Signature, etc.) and their onboarding requirements.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and closing skills with a persistent, results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
Willingness to travel periodically to Saudi Arabia as required.
