Job Description

Lead the electrical and instrumentation maintenance team, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies for electrical systems and control instruments to ensure continuous equipment operation.

Monitor the performance of electrical systems and take necessary measures to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Supervise the installation and upgrades of electrical and automation equipment according to engineering standards.

Diagnose and repair electrical and instrumentation faults promptly to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry codes.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize plant operations.

Prepare technical and administrative reports on electrical system performance and maintenance activities.

Train and develop the technical team on the latest technologies and advancements in electrical and automation systems.
 

Requirements

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing electrical and instrumentation systems within a glass manufacturing or similar industrial environment.

Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical and automation systems.

Leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a technical team effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in diagnosing electrical issues.

Knowledge of electrical safety standards and industrial power regulations.

Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office applications.
