Job Purpose:The ideal candidate will oversee all quality control activities across construction and development projects to ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor the project-specific quality control plans across all sites. Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to architectural, structural, MEP, and finishing standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues in a timely and cost-effective manner. Review and approve materials submittals, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project specifications. Lead the non-conformance reporting (NCR) process and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Maintain comprehensive documentation including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.5 to 7 years of progressive quality control experience in real estate industry. Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and QA/QC standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, and quality management software.
