Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, including administering HR policies, managing personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits. The Human Resources Specialist will assist with recruitment activities, onboarding new team members, and organizing training and development initiatives. The role includes handling employee inquiries, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor regulations and company standards. The specialist will collaborate with management and staff to foster a positive work environment and contribute to continuous improvement of HR practices. Qualifications Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations. Ability to develop, implement, and interpret HR Policies, ensuring consistency and compliance. Experience managing Employee Benefits programs, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution. Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting performance and attendance tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and levels of the organization. Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office software. Experience 1-2 Years
