Role Description The Job Title role at NIS Schools is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. The individual in this role will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-structured learning experiences, supporting learners’ academic and personal development, and maintaining a safe and respectful classroom environment. Day-to-day tasks may include planning lessons, assessing learner progress, providing feedback, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and school initiatives, and communicating regularly with families or guardians. The role also involves participating in professional development activities, contributing to school events, and adhering to school policies and educational standards. Qualifications Proven ability to design and deliver effective, age-appropriate learning experiences, with strong classroom management and learner engagement skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with colleagues, work respectfully with diverse communities, and maintain professional relationships with learners and families. Organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to plan lessons, meet deadlines, and balance instructional, administrative, and extracurricular responsibilities. Adaptability and problem-solving skills, including openness to feedback, willingness to use new teaching methods or technologies, and ability to respond constructively to challenges. Relevant educational background (such as a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field) and prior experience in a school or educational setting; familiarity with modern curricula and instructional approaches is an advantage.
