The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, providing technical assistance and support to our staff.

Salary: $25 - $27 USD per hour
Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support to on-site and remote employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and company software.
* Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
* Manage user accounts, including creation, modification, and deletion in accordance with company policy.
* Assist with the setup of new workstations and the onboarding of new employees.
* Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software licences, and peripherals.
* Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
* Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
Qualifications
* Proven experience working in an IT support role or a similar technical position.
* Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and office productivity software.
* Familiarity with network principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* A customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing high-quality support.
* Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
