A growing company specializing in the dental field is looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team in Egypt.
What You'll Do- Lead Dental Core's brand positioning, visibility, and reputation across the dental community.- Develop and execute growth initiatives across digital marketing, content, events, exhibitions, partnerships, and industry engagement.- Build and implement business development and go-to-market strategies that strengthen both revenue and brand recognition.- Develop lasting relationships with clinics, distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and strategic partners.- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.- Collaborate with internal teams to translate market insights into impactful campaigns and commercial initiatives.- Take ownership from strategy through execution, ensuring ideas become measurable results.
What We're Looking For- 3+ years of experience in business development, marketing, brand management, or commercial growth.- Experience in the dental, medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or a comparable industry is highly preferred.- A proven ability to build brand awareness, launch successful campaigns, or drive market growth—not just achieve sales targets. A portfolio or case studies are a plus.- Strong understanding of both commercial strategy and marketing, including relationship management, digital marketing, content, and events.- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
