Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on electromechanical and engineering design projects. This full-time, on-site role in Egypt includes building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting contract negotiations. The role involves conducting market research, tracking industry trends, and coordinating with the engineering and design teams to align client needs with studio capabilities. The Business Development Executive will also help develop marketing materials, attend industry events, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to support business growth. Qualifications Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation abilities. Understanding of engineering, construction, or electromechanical design sectors, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage. Organizational and analytical skills, including market research, opportunity assessment, and pipeline tracking. Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentation software; CRM platforms are a plus). Ability to work on-site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage time effectively in a project-based environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in business development or sales is preferred.
