We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to lead all electrical maintenance activities within our Poultry Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems, production equipment, utilities, and facility infrastructure. The role includes developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, managing the electrical maintenance team, minimizing equipment downtime, improving maintenance performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. The candidate will also monitor maintenance KPIs, manage maintenance budgets, coordinate with production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment availability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.

• Previous experience in the Poultry Industry is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.

• Solid experience with electrical systems, PLCs, motors, drives, transformers, MCCs, and industrial control systems.

• Experience in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of occupational health & safety standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting.

• Preferably residents of 10th of Ramadan, Zagazig, Minya El Qamh, Abu Hammad, or Belbeis.
