حول الدور نحن نسعى للحصول على مهندس موقع إنهاء ماهر ودقيق التفاصيل نيابة عن أحد عملائنا الرائدين للانضمام إلى فريق البناء والإنهاء الخاص بهم.
سيكون المرشح الناجح مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على جميع أنشطة الإنهاء في الموقع، والتأكد من تنفيذ العمل وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الجودة والجداول المعتمدة.

تنسيق الأنشطة اليومية مع المقاولين من الباطن، والمستشارين، والموردين، وفرق الموقع.
مراجعة رسومات الورش، وتقديم المواد، وبيانات المنهج.
متابعة تقدم المشروع وضمان الإنجاز في الوقت المحدد لأعمال الإنهاء.
إجراء فحوصات الموقع وإعداد قوائم العيوب، وضمان إغلاق العناصر العالقة في الوقت المناسب.
حل المشكلات الفنية في الموقع وتقديم حلول هندسية عملية.
ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والجودة.
إعداد تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية والتنسيق مع مدير المشروع.
. المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية .
خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات كمهندس موقع إنهاء.
خبرة عملية في جميع جوانب أعمال الإنهاء شرط أساسي.
معرفة قوية بمواد الإنهاء، وطرق البناء، وسترات الورش، وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
مهارات التنسيق والتواصل وحل المشكلات ممتازة.
القدرة على إدارة المقاولين من الباطن والعمل بكفاءة في بيئة موقع سريعة الوتيرة.
الإلمام ببرنامج Microsoft Office؛ ووجود معرفة بـ AutoCAD ميزة.

About the Role We are is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Site Engineer on behave of one of our top clients to join thier construction & Finishing Team team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and approved schedules.
Working Conditions Head Office: Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City Work Location: Construction Sites Working Days: Saturday – Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Benefits Competitive Salary Professional & Collaborative Work Environment Career Growth Opportunities Opportunity to Work on High-Profile Construction Projects Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage all finishing activities on-site, including plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, ceilings, joinery, marble, façade, and fit-out works.
Ensure all finishing works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
Conduct site inspections and prepare snag lists, ensuring timely closure of outstanding items.
Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and coordinate with the Project Manager.
. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering .
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finishing Site Engineer.
Hands-on experience in all finishing work aspects is a must.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, shop drawings, and quality control procedures.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage subcontractors and work efficiently in a fast-paced site environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
