Role Description The Freelance Training Consultant will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support clients’ performance and growth objectives. This Part time-time, on-demand role that involves facilitating instructor-led sessions, workshops, and coaching interventions tailored to client needs.
Daily responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, preparing training materials and presentations, and adapting content to different audiences and learning styles. The consultant will collaborate with client stakeholders to align training solutions with business goals, develop /deliver Training courses, provide feedback on participant progress, and suggest improvements to existing programs. The role also includes maintaining accurate documentation, capturing training outcomes, and ensuring a professional learning environment that encourages engagement and practical application.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Training & Development and Training, including needs analysis, program design, and facilitation. Proficiency in Consulting, with the ability to analyze client challenges and recommend suitable learning and development solutions. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and confidently. Customer Service orientation, demonstrating responsiveness, professionalism, and reliability in client and participant interactions. Proven experience as a training facilitator, consultant, or learning and development professional, preferably in corporate or organizational settings. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field; relevant certifications in training or coaching are an advantage. Ability to work on-site full-time in New Cairo, manage multiple training projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
