الهدف: نحن نسعى للحصول على قائد Full Stack لكبار Gen AI/Agentic AI وخبير في تصميم وتطوير ونشر حلول ذكاء اصطناعي متقدمة باستخدام Generative AI، أطر Agentic AI، تعلم الآلة، وتطوير بايثون Full Stack.
في هذه الدور، ستقود تسليم التطبيقات الذكية من النهاية إلى النهاية، من فهم متطلبات العمل وتصميم حلول قابلة للتوسع إلى نشر نماذج جاهزة للإنتاج.
ستعمل عن كثب مع فرق متعددة الوظائف وستستفيد من منصات سحابية مثل AWS، Azure، وGCP لتقديم حلول ذكاء اصطناعي مبتكرة وعالية الجودة لعملاء الشركات.
المسؤوليات: التعاون مع مهندسي البيانات، علماء البيانات، وأصحاب المصلحة من الأعمال لفهم البيانات والمشاكل التجارية.
إثبات خبرة عملية في Gen AI / Agentic AI وعلوم البيانات مع تعلم الآلة معرفة قوية بلغة Python تجربة نشر تطبيقات Gen AI باستخدام أحد أطر الوكلاء مثل Langgraph، Autogen، Crew AI.
خبرة في نشر مجموعة Gen AI/الخدمات التي تقدمها منصات مختلفة مثل AWS، GCP، Azure خبرة في Generative AI والعمل مع عدة نماذج لغوية كبيرة وتنفيذ حلول متقدمة قائمة على RAG.
خبرة في معالجة/استيعاب البيانات غير الهيكلية من ملفات PDF، HTML، صور، صوت إلى نص إلخ.
خبرة في جمع البيانات، جودة البيانات، هندسة النظام، أفضل ممارسات الترميز خبرة عملية مع قواعد بيانات المتجهات (مثل FAISS، Pinecone، Weaviate، أو Azure AI Search).
خبرة مع منهجيات Lean / Agile في التطوير درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر، الهندسة، الرياضيات، الإحصاء، أو مجال ذي صلة مجيد في Python ومكتبات تعلم الآلة الشائعة مثل TensorFlow، PyTorch، Scikit-learn، إلخ.
خبرة عملية مع خطوط أنابيب CI/CD وأدوات DevOps مثل Jenkins، GitHub Actions، أو Terraform.
الكفاءة في قواعد بيانات NoSQL وSQL (PostgreSQL، MongoDB، CosmosDB، DynamoDB).
خبرة في أطر Python AI/ML مثل TensorFlow، PyTorch، أو LangChain.
خبرة في إنشاء تطبيقات واجهة ويب، نماذج ML وخطوط أنابيب، حلول Gen AI وAgentic AI.
خبرة في أطر Agentic AI مثل Autogen، Crew AI، Semantic Kernal، Langgraph وغيرها.
, فهم قوي لضبط نموذج LLM، النشر المحلي للنماذج مفتوحة المصدر الكفاءة في بناء RESTful APIs باستخدام FastAPI، Flask، أو Django.

Job description
Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Gen AI/Agentic AI Full Stack Lead for one of our partners, a leader in the Consulting & Technology Services !
Objective: We are seeking an experienced Senior Gen AI/Agentic AI Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Python development.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of AI applications, from understanding business requirements and designing scalable solutions to deploying production-ready models.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to deliver innovative, high-quality AI solutions for enterprise clients.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand the data and the business problems.
Proven hands-on Gen AI / Agentic AI and data science with machine learning Strong knowledge of Python Experience of deploying the Gen AI applications with one of the Agent Frameworks like Langgraph, Autogen, Crew AI.
Experience in deploying the Gen AI stack/services provided by various platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure Experience in Generative AI and working with multiple Large Language Models and implementing Advanced RAG based solutions.
Experience in processing/ingesting unstructured data from PDFs, HTML, Image files, audio to text etc.
Experience with data gathering, data quality, system architecture, coding best practices Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search).
Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field Proficient in Python and common machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Terraform.
Proficiency in NoSQL and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, DynamoDB).
Experience in Python AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain.
Experience in creating Web UI applications, ML models & pipelines, Gen AI and Agentic AI solutions.
Experience in Agentic AI frameworks like Autogen, Crew AI, Semantic Kernal, Langgraph etc.
, Strong understanding of LLM fine-tuning, local deployment of open source models Proficiency in building RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Knowledge in Model evaluation tools like DeepEval, FMeval, RAGAS , Bedrock model evaluation.
