نبحث عن متدرب مدير منتج للانضمام إلى قسم إدارة المنتجات في Procore. في هذه الدور، ستدعمه فريق منتج أساسي في تعريف الأولويات وإطلاق الميزات التي تحل مسائل ذات قيمة عالية لمستخدمينا. الهدف الأساسي من هذا الدور هو اكتساب خبرة عملية من خلال المساعدة في تقديم تحسين ميزة من الفكرة حتى الإطلاق. بصفته متدرب مدير منتج، ستتعاون مع فرق الهندسة والتصميم والتسويق لجمع المتطلبات وتحليل البيانات وضمان تنفيذ سلس لخارطة طريق المنتج. استخدم تفكيرك التحليلي وتفهم المستخدم ومهارات الاتصال لتوضيح متطلبات المنتج، قياس نجاح الميزة، والمساهمة في استراتيجية منتج ذات تأثير. إذا كنت شغوفاً بالتكنولوجيا ومتحمساً لسد الفجوة بين احتياجات الأعمال والحلول التقنية، فهذه هي المكان المناسب لك. ستُبلغ هذه الوظيفة إلى مدير إدارة المنتجات وستكون مقره في مكتبنا في القاهرة، مصر. نبحث عن شخص للانضمام إلينا في تدريب صيف 2026 يبدأ في 1 أغسطس لمدة 3 أشهر.
ما ستفعله:
- مساعدة فريق المنتج في تعريف قصص المستخدم، معايير القبول، والمتطلبات التفصيلية للميزات والتحسينات الجديدة.
- إجراء تحليل تنافسي وبحث سوقي لتحديد الفرص وإبلاغ استراتيجية المنتج.
- دعم مقابلات المستخدمين واستطلاعات الرأي واختبارات usability لتعميق فهم الفريق لنقاط الألم والاحتياجات لديهم.
- تحليل بيانات استخدام المنتج وقياس أداء الميزات وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
- التعاون مع مصممي UX/UI لضمان أن التصاميم تلبي أهداف المنتج وتوفر تجربة مستخدم ممتازة.
- التواصل عن التقدم والاعتماديات والمخاطر مع أصحاب المصلحة لضمان التنسيق عبر الفرق التقنية والتجارية.
- إعطاء الأولوية لإصلاحات الأخطاء الصغيرة وبنود الدين الفني في قائمة الأعمال بجانب مدير الهندسة.
ما الذي نبحث عنه:
- مُسجل حاليًا في برنامج درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الأعمال، علوم الحاسوب، الهندسة، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- فهم أساسي لدورة حياة تطوير البرمجيات (SDLC) والمنهجيات الرشيقة (Agile).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على تفسير البيانات واستخدام المقاييس لدفع قرارات المنتج.
- مهارات تواصل مكتوبة وشفوية استثنائية مطلوبة للتفاعل مع المهندسين والمصممين وأصحاب المصالح.
- فضول Demonstrated حول سلوك المستخدم ودافع قوي لحل مشكلات العالم الحقيقي.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام وأولويات متعددة في بيئة ديناميكية وسريعة الإيقاع.
- خبرة سابقة (أكاديمية أو خارج المنهج) في دور تقني أو تصميم أو تحليل أعمال تعتبر ميزة.
- إلمام بأدوات مثل Jira أو Confluence أو برامج إدارة منتج مماثلة.
Job description
We’re looking for a Product Manager Intern to join Procore’s Product Management organization. In this role, you’ll support a core product team in defining, prioritizing, and launching features that solve high-value problems for our users. The primary goal of this role is to gain hands-on experience by helping deliver a feature enhancement from ideation through launch.As a Product Manager intern, you’ll partner with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and ensure smooth execution of the product roadmap. Use your analytical thinking, user empathy, and communication skills to clarify product requirements, measure feature success, and contribute to impactful product strategy. If you are passionate about technology and eager to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, this is the place for you.This position reports into a Manager, Product Management and will be based in our Cairo, Egypt office. We’re looking for someone to join us for the Summer 2026 internship starting on 1st of August for 3 months.
What you will do :
- Assist the product team i n defining user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and inform the product strategy.
- Support user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to deepen the team's understanding of user pain points and needs.
- Analyze product usage data and metrics to measure feature performance and identify areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure designs meet product objectives and provide an excellent user experience.
- Communicate progress, dependencies, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across technical and business teams.
- Prioritize small bug fixes and technical debt items in the backlog alongside the Engineering Manager.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use metrics to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required for engaging with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated curiosity about user behavior and a strong drive to solve real-world problems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience (academic or extracurricular) in a technical, design, or business analysis role is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management software.
