HS Wood Industries is a leading manufacturer of high-quality custom woodwork, cabinetry, hospitality furniture, and architectural joinery. We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Wood Machinery Operator to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC wood machining centers safely and efficiently.

• Set up machines according to production drawings and cutting programs.

• Load and unload wood panels and finished components.

• Verify dimensions and quality of machined parts using drawings and measuring tools.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and daily preventive maintenance.

• Replace and calibrate cutting tools when required.

• Report machine faults and production issues promptly.

• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Work closely with the Technical Office and Production teams to ensure accurate manufacturing.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC woodworking machines.

• Experience with nesting CNC routers and machining centers.

• Ability to read technical drawings and cabinet manufacturing details.

• Knowledge of wood materials such as MDF, plywood, chipboard, and HPL.

• Understanding of machine setup, tool changes, and zero-point calibration.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Technical diploma or vocational education is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Mozaik, AlphaCAM, WoodWOP, or similar CNC programming software.

• Experience operating automatic loading systems, drilling units, and edge processing equipment.

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
