Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Badr City. The role involves promoting and selling i Care Medical Tech.'s portfolio of eye surgery products to ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations and demonstrations, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing timely support and information to healthcare professionals. The representative will monitor market trends, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and ensure proper after-sales support. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, preparing regular sales reports, and participating in training and scientific events.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills and a proven ability to achieve sales targets in a healthcare or medical device environment. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to medical professionals. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to ensure responsive, professional support and long-term client satisfaction. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy, or a related healthcare discipline, to understand product applications and clinical needs. Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific field, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel within the region, and proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
