This role is for someone who understands how to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term partnerships in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:• Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities• Build strong pipelines through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals• Lead meetings, pitches, and negotiations professionally• Convert leads into signed deals and long-term partnerships• Work closely with management on revenue growth strategy• Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management• Track pipeline performance and improve conversion rates• Represent Art Vision professionally in meetings and events
Requirements:• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Partnerships• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills• Proven track record in generating leads and winning business• Confidence in client-facing meetings and presentations• Organized, target-driven, and proactive mindset• Experience in agencies, media, or marketing is a strong plus• Good English (spoken & written)
