Role profile

• Digital and technology projects
• Work in an agile environment with different teams (Development, Product, Operations, and Design) to assure the QA coverage
• Plan, deploy, and manage the testing activities for any given engagement
• Drive improvement in test methodologies and technologies for test automation, reporting, traceability, and defect management
• Use the agreed test tools, trackers, and environments to execute the test scripts and create all test deliverables and results
• Ensure each product release meets well-defined high quality standards
• Support the career development of test engineers

An agile, experienced team. You will work in a flex open space, with a scrum master to help guide the process and a product owner to represent the business’ needs.

Competences & requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Manage a QA team for the development and execution of test cases
• Drive testing automation, scripting, and regression testing utilizing offshore test automation engineers
• Track and analyze support and field regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary to ensure high quality releases
• Engineering or computer science background is a must
• 6+ years of relevant QA experience
• Superior analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems
• 1-2 years of people management experience

Technologies and tools you’ll work with and need to know: Agility, TDD, Automation, Continuous Integration, ALM, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Appium, DevOps.
