Key Responsibilities Factory Inspections: Conduct regular visits to partner factories and external suppliers to monitor production lines and assess manufacturing practices. Product Auditing: Inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products (including stitching, fabric quality, sizing, and packaging) to ensure compliance with 2S Homewear standards. Production Alignment: Verify that all manufacturing outputs match the approved samples and technical specifications ( as planned ). Defect Management: Identify, document, and report any manufacturing defects or deviations. Work closely with factory management to implement immediate corrective actions. Reporting: Prepare detailed QC reports, inspection logs, and pass/fail metrics for management review. Process Improvement: Collaborate with the production and design teams to refine quality standards and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
