Role Description The E-Commerce Operation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day online store operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring accurate product listings across platforms. The specialist monitors website performance, tracks sales and operational metrics, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns and customer service resolutions. Daily tasks include updating stock levels, coordinating with warehouse teams, order fulfillment , and improving workflows to enhance efficiency and customer experience. The role also involves preparing orders, identifying operational bottlenecks, and recommending process improvements aligned with business goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance tracking, and operational decision-making. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, coordinate with logistics partners, and support customer-focused operations. Candidates should possess Sales awareness and understanding of e-commerce sales cycles to support promotions, upselling opportunities, and revenue growth.
