Role Description The Visual Merchandiser is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for creating attractive and commercially effective visual presentations across ARG stores. This role involves planning and executing window displays, in-store layouts, and product presentations that reflect brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement. The Visual Merchandiser collaborates closely with store management and sales teams to optimize product placement and seasonal campaigns, ensuring consistency across all brands. Daily tasks include monitoring store standards, adjusting displays based on sales performance and customer feedback, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of fashion and retail trends. The role also includes supporting promotional activities, preparing visual merchandising guidelines, and ensuring all displays align with safety and operational requirements. Qualifications Strong retail and sales understanding, with experience in a fashion or department store environment. Proficiency in window displays and in-store visual merchandising, with a keen eye for design, color, and layout. Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate with store teams and engage shoppers. Ability to analyze sales data and customer behavior to refine visual strategies and improve store performance. Good organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to work on multiple stores or projects simultaneously. Basic knowledge of design tools or software is an advantage. Prior experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar retail role preferred. High school diploma required; a degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or a related field is beneficial.
