Ricrac is looking for an experienced Furniture Factory Manager to lead and develop our manufacturing operations. The role will oversee production planning, wood and upholstery departments, quality, cost control, maintenance, workforce performance, and on-time delivery.
At least 3–5 years managing a furniture factory Strong experience in wood production, upholstery, finishing, and assembly Proven ability to manage production planning, costing, waste, quality, and delivery Experience leading supervisors, engineers, technicians, and workers
