Role Description The Restaurant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Granada Restaurant & Pub in Hurghada. This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising service quality, and ensuring smooth coordination between the front-of-house and kitchen teams. The Restaurant Manager monitors guest satisfaction, handles feedback, and resolves issues to maintain a high level of customer service. Typical tasks include managing inventory and supplies, supporting hiring and onboarding, implementing health and safety standards, and assisting with promotions or events. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, controlling costs, and working closely with ownership to achieve business goals. Qualifications Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build positive guest relationships and handle feedback effectively. Experience with Hiring and team supervision, including training, coaching, and scheduling staff in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with guests, team members, and management. Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu familiarity, service standards, and basic understanding of inventory and cost control. Prior experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role within fine dining or upscale hospitality. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to operations. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations. Relevant hospitality or business education is an advantage, along with familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
