Role Description The Junior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This position involves supporting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing accurate information, guidance, and professional recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, preparing property listings, following up with leads, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets. The role also includes managing client inquiries, coordinating with senior consultants, and contributing to sales targets through proactive communication and relationship building. The Junior Property Consultant is expected to document all client interactions, ensure a positive customer experience, and uphold company standards in every engagement. Qualifications Strong consulting and advisory skills to understand client needs and provide suitable property recommendations. Excellent communication abilities for clear, professional interaction with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Customer service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building long-term relationships. Sales capabilities, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals in a competitive market. Basic knowledge of real estate principles, property valuation, and market trends, especially within Cairo. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client appointments, and handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using office software and CRM tools for documentation and lead management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English for written and verbal communication.
