A Software Tester is needed to join our team in Tqnia IT who designing and implementing test plans, leading both manual and automated testing efforts, and identifying and documenting defects. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing test results, mentoring junior testers, and continually improving testing processes and strategies.
Responsibilities:
???? Test Planning and Execution:Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Lead and coordinate automated and manual testing efforts. Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.????Defect Management:Identify, document, and track bugs and software defects. Monitor the debugging process and report on results.????Collaboration and Communication:Work with development and product teams to understand requirements and provide feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (like product managers, business analysts, and developers) to resolve issues and ensure quality. Present test results and findings to stakeholders and other teams.????Process Improvement:Enhance existing testing processes and develop new ones. Contribute to the organization's testing standards and best practices. Automate repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency.????Leadership and Mentoring:Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior test engineers. Oversee the work of junior team members and ensure quality standards are met.????Reporting and Analysis:Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on key metrics. Track quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications:
????Proven experience in software testing +2 .????Strong knowledge of tools and processes.????Hands-on experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, and scripting languages.????Experience working in an Agile development environment.????Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.????Excellent verbal and written communication skills
