Delta Contracting Company | Part of 2M PLAST Group Delta Contracting Company, with over 30 years of experience in the Egyptian construction market, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and secure new construction and MEP projects. Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities within the Construction & MEP sector. Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, project owners, PMCs, and contractors. Generate qualified leads and convert them into awarded projects. Monitor upcoming projects and identify opportunities before tender issuance. Lead commercial negotiations and support contract award. Coordinate with Estimation, Technical Office, Procurement, and Project teams during the bidding process. Achieve business development and sales targets. Requirements10+ years of experience in Business Development, Construction Sales, Commercial, or Project Acquisition. Experience within General Contracting, Construction, or MEP Contracting companies is mandatory. Proven track record of winning construction projects in the Egyptian market. Strong network with developers, consultants, PMCs, project owners, and contractors. Strong knowledge of Tendering, BOQs, RFQs, Contracts, and Commercial Negotiations.
