3D Team Leader:
Elite Interior is seeking a Creative and Detail-Oriented 3D Team Leader to join our design department You will lead a team of 3D visualizers, ensuring that all design outputs meet the company's standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the 3D visualization team to deliver high-quality renders and presentations.
Review and approve all 3D designs before submission to clients.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and concept alignment
Manage workload distribution, timelines, and quality control across multiple projects.
Stay updated with new design software, rendering techniques, and market trends.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field,
Minimum 4 to 5 vears of experience in 3D visualization, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Excellent knowledge of 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Auto CAD, and Photoshop.
Strong |eadership, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
