Role Description The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt, responsible for managing the full sales cycle for residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities, and negotiating offers to closure. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards and local regulations. The Senior Property Consultant will collaborate with internal teams, prepare professional presentations and proposals, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. The position requires proactive market research, participation in promotional activities, and consistent follow-up to support long-term client engagement.
Qualifications
Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to provide data-driven real estate guidance and market analysis. Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities. Proven customer service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship building. Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Solid understanding of the real estate sector in Egypt, including property types, local regulations, and market dynamics. Relevant experience as a Property Consultant or in a senior sales role in real estate; experience with premium or investment properties is an advantage. Ability to work on-site, manage a dynamic schedule, and travel between branches and client locations as required. Proficiency in basic office and CRM software; fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
