• We’re Hiring | OPD (Outpatient Department) Manager
  A leading hospital in Egypt is looking for a highly motivated and experienced OPD (Outpatient Department) Manager to join our team.
  Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient Department to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Manage patient flow and enhance the overall patient experience while minimizing waiting times.

• Supervise OPD reception, customer service, and administrative staff.

• Coordinate with physicians and all supporting departments to ensure seamless operations.

• Monitor departmental KPIs, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.

• Handle patient complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare regular operational reports and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any relevant medical field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, or OPD supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Good knowledge of healthcare quality

• Experience using Hospital Information Systems(DMS ) and Microsoft Office.
