المسؤوليات الأساسية
تصميم أنظمة الإنذار والكشف عن الحريق وفقاً لمواصفات المشروع والقوانين المعمول بها.
إعداد مخططات الإنذار، مخططات الأسلاك، مخططات المصاعد المعمارية، ورسومات هندسة النظام.
مراجعة حسابات البطاريات، وحسابات انخفاض الجهد، وتتابع التشغيل (SOO).
إعداد المواصفات الفنية ومواد التقديم.
مراجعة رسومات الورشة وتقديمات المقاول والوثائق الفنية.
تنسيق مع تخصصات العمارة والكهرباء والميكانيكا والحماية من الحريق.
ضمان الامتثال لـ NFPA 72، رمز البناء الدولي (IBC)، وغيره من معايير الحريق والسلامة الحياتية المعمول بها.
تقديم الدعم الفني أثناء التطوير التصميمي والتنفيذ.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الكهرباء أو الإلكترونيات أو تخصص هندسي ذو صلة.
خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في تصميم أنظمة الإنذار بالحريق.
معرفة دقيقة بـ NFPA 72، ورمز البناء الدولي (IBC)، والمعايير المعمول بها للحرائق والسلامة الحياتية.
خبرة في مخططات الإنذار بالحريق، وحسابات البطاريات، وحسابات انخفاض الجهد، وتتابع التشغيل (SOO).
إتقان AutoCAD (Revit/BIM ميزة).
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق متعددة التخصصات قوية.
جيد في اللغة الإنجليزية.
Job Summary
The Fire Alarm Design Engineer is responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating fire alarm and fire detection systems for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects in compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design fire alarm and fire detection systems in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.
Prepare fire alarm layouts, wiring diagrams, riser diagrams, and system architecture drawings.
Review battery calculations, voltage drop calculations, and sequence of operation (SOO).
Prepare technical specifications and material submittals.
Review shop drawings, contractor submittals, and technical documents.
Coordinate with architectural, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection disciplines.
Ensure compliance with NFPA 72, International Building Code (IBC), and other applicable fire and life safety codes.
Provide technical support during design development and construction.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Fire Alarm System Design.
Thorough knowledge of NFPA 72, International Building Code (IBC), and applicable fire and life safety standards.
Experience in fire alarm layouts, battery calculations, voltage drop calculations, and sequence of operation (SOO).
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM is an advantage).
Strong communication and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
Good in English.
