Role:
Responsible for the maintenance and follow-up of chiller equipment, board air conditioning units, fan coils, cooling units, and administrative office air conditioners, and ensuring their good technical condition.

Responsibilities:
. Monitor the technical condition of chiller equipment, board air conditioners, and office fan coils, and adhere to standardized operating procedures (SOP).
. Perform corrective maintenance in case of any electrical or mechanical fault in chillers, board air conditioners, cooling units, fan coils, office air conditioning units, and other listed technical services.
. Carry out preventive maintenance on technical services equipment such as chillers, board air conditioners, cooling units, fan coils, and office air conditioning units according to the maintenance schedule throughout the year.
. Review warehouse stock of spare parts (maximum, minimum, and procurement) and inform the direct manager in case of substandard spare parts used in maintenance work.
. Follow occupational safety and health procedures and food safety within the plant and report any violations.
. Regularly organize, arrange, and clean the workspace.
. Seek improvement and development opportunities and present ideas to the direct manager.
. Work according to M&W system and ensure accurate logging of corrective and preventive maintenance times in the SAP PM system.
Skills:
. At least three years of experience in maintenance of cooling and air conditioning equipment, control circuits, and power systems.
. Diploma in Industrial Technical (Cooling and Air Conditioning) or higher.
. Ability to work in a team.
. Communication skills.
