Join our growing manufacturing team!

We are looking for an experienced **Production Manager** to lead and optimize production operations across our manufacturing facilities, including:

* Sheet Metal Fabrication

* Low Voltage (LV) Electrical Panels

* Distribution Transformers

* Voltage Stabilizers

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.

• Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

• Lead and develop production teams to improve productivity.

• Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Monitor KPIs including OEE, productivity, scrap, rework, and on-time delivery.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and HSE requirements.

Requirements

**Qualifications:**

✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).

✔ 10+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a production leadership role.

✔ Experience in one or more of the following industries: Sheet Metal, LV Panels, Transformers, or Voltage Stabilizers.

✔ Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.

✔ Experience with ERP systems and production KPI management.
