• Configure Odoo modules (especially accounting and finance) to align with client business requirements.

• Provide expert guidance and best practices on Odoo functionalities and financial management processes.

• Develop detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.

• Conduct comprehensive user training sessions to ensure successful adoption and proficiency.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams for any custom development or integrations.

• Support clients post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.

• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful project completion within scope and budget.

Skills & Technologies:

Requirements

• Educational Excellence: A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is essential to your success in this role.

• CFA, CPA or CMA is strongly recommended

• Proven Expertise: We are seeking an Experienced professional with a robust background, demonstrating 4-12 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and functional consulting.

• Core Competencies:

  • Mastery of Odoo: Extensive practical experience with Odoo ERP modules, particularly in Accounting, Manfacturing & financial management.

  • Accounting Acumen: Strong foundational knowledge and practical experience in Accounting principles and practices.

  • ERP Implementation Prowess: Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user training.

  • Business Analysis Skills: Exceptional ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective system configurations.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A highly analytical approach to identifying issues and developing innovative solutions within the Odoo ecosystem.

  • Project Management Fundamentals: Ability to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
