Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Production Engineer to lead the setup and planning of a new wooden pallet manufacturing factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the complete production process, selecting machinery, planning the factory layout, and preparing the factory for efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities
Design the complete production workflow for wooden pallets. Select the required production machines and equipment. Prepare the factory layout for maximum efficiency. Determine production capacity and workflow. Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing process. Define manpower requirements for each production stage. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Coordinate machine installation and commissioning. Supervise trial production and optimize production efficiency. Train production staff before factory operation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing. Previous experience in wood processing, sawmills, furniture, wooden packaging, or pallet manufacturing is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of production planning and factory layout. Experience selecting industrial machinery and production equipment. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.

Project-Based Contract (Factory Setup Phase) Successful candidates may be offered a permanent position after the factory becomes operational.
