???? We're Hiring | Senior Technical Engineer – Power Solutions At KPS, we engineer the future of power — and we're looking for a driven Senior Technical Engineer to join our growing team. If you have a passion for power systems and a track record of turning complex challenges into smart, reliable solutions, this role is for you.
???? What You'll Do:Lead the design and sizing of UPS, battery, solar, and hybrid power systems Prepare technical proposals, specifications, and BOQsProvide pre-sales technical support alongside our commercial team Support project execution from site survey through commissioning Guide and mentor junior engineers and coordinate cross-functional teams Ensure all systems meet the highest safety, performance, and quality standards
✅ What You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Power Engineering (or related field)5+ years of hands-on experience in power solutions / electrical systems Deep knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, solar PV, and hybrid systems Experience in system design, installation, and commissioning Proficiency in Auto CAD, PVsyst, PVsol, and/or Eplan
