Role Description The Property Consultant & Supervisor role in New Cairo is a full-time, on-site position responsible for guiding clients through property selection, negotiation, and closing processes. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, providing market insights, advising clients on suitable options, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company standards. The role also involves supervising and coordinating with team members, monitoring property listings, following up with leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. Property Consultants & Supervisors are expected to collaborate with management to meet sales targets, uphold service quality, and support continuous improvement in real estate operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills to advise clients and manage property portfolios effectively. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve or exceed performance targets. Candidates should demonstrate good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
