نُسهم في السلام والازدهار من خلال بناء الروابط والفهم والثقة بين الناس في المملكة المتحدة والدول حول العالم. على مدى 90 عامًا شكلنا مستقبلًا أكثر إشراقًا من خلال التعليم والفنون والثقافة واللغة والإبداع. بالعمل مع أشخاص في أكثر من 200 دولة وإقليم، نحن متواجدون في أكثر من 100 دولة. نحن نرتبط. نحن نلهم. الغرض من الدور هو تقديم الدعم الإداري لفريق العمليات، والمساهمة في تشغيل مركز التدريس يوميًا بشكل فعال، ودعم الموظفين في معالجة قضايا حماية الطفل والسلامة وفق السياسات والإجراءات التنظيمية. المسؤوليات الرئيسية تقديم خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة ودعم إداري لضمان سير العمل اليومي بسلاسة في مركز التدريس. العمل كنقطة اتصال أولى لاستفسارات العملاء، الرد على الطلبات الروتينية وتصعيد المسائل الأكثر تعقيداً حيثما كان مناسباً. دعم الرفاهية والسلامة للمتعلمين الشباب من خلال متابعة حركة الطلاب أثناء الدروس، وتحديد والتبليغ عن مخاوف تتعلق بالحماية والسلوك والعمليات أو الخدمات، والتأكد من تصعيد أية مسائل قد تؤثر على تجربة العميل على الفور. تنسيق وتنفيذ مجموعة من الخدمات التشغيلية واللوجستية والإدارية التي تدعم التدريس والتسجيل والفعاليات وغيرها من أنشطة مركز التدريس. ويتضمن ذلك تجهيز الصفوف وفق المعايير المتفق عليها، ترتيب تخطيطات الغرف، إجراء فحوصات أساسية لتقنيات الفصول، الإبلاغ عن مشكلات الصيانة، الحفاظ على سجلات وقواعد بيانات دقيقة، ودعم إدارة المواد الترويجية. كما يشمل الدور أيضاً التواصل مع الفرق الداخلية والعملاء والموردين والمتعهدين لضمان تقديم الخدمات والفعاليات بكفاءة وفعالية. رصد وإدارة الموارد والمخزون والتسليمات والخدمات المتعاقدة للحفاظ على بيئة تعلم آمنة ونظيفة وتعمل بشكل جيد. ضمان أن الفصول والأماكن العامة تفي بمعايير المؤسسة، وتكون جهة اتصال رئيسية لتسليمات مركز التدريس، وتنسيق العمل مع المتعهدين الخارجيين لإكمال الأنشطة الروتينية ضمن معايير الجودة والإطار الزمني المتفق عليه. التخطيط للأعباء وتنظيمها بفعالية، والتكيف مع احتياجات العمل المتغيرة مع ضمان تقديم الخدمة بشكل متسق.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities

Role Purpose To provide administrative support to the Operations team, contributing to the effective day-to-day operation of the Teaching Centre, and to support staff in addressing child protection and safeguarding matters in line with organisational policies and procedures. Main Accountabilities Provide high-quality customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Teaching Centre. Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries, responding to routine requests and escalating more complex issues where appropriate. Support the welfare and safety of Young Learners by monitoring student movement during classes, identifying and reporting safeguarding, behavioural, operational or service-related concerns, and ensuring any issues that may impact the customer experience are promptly escalated. Coordinate and deliver a range of operational, logistical and administrative services that support teaching, registration, events and other Teaching Centre activities. This includes preparing classrooms to agreed standards, arranging room layouts, performing basic classroom technology checks, reporting maintenance issues, maintaining accurate records and databases, and supporting the management of promotional materials. The role also involves liaising with internal teams, customers, suppliers and contractors to ensure services and events are delivered efficiently and effectively. Monitor and manage resources, stock, deliveries and contracted services to maintain a safe, clean and well-functioning learning environment. Ensure classrooms and public areas meet organisational standards, act as a key contact for Teaching Centre deliveries, and coordinate external contractors to complete routine activities within agreed quality and timeframes. Plan and prioritise workload effectively, adapting to changing business needs while ensuring consistent service delivery.

- Demonstrated work experience in a professional office or service-oriented environment.
