Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Salesperson will welcome customers to the showroom, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting suitable furniture solutions. Responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, preparing price quotations, processing orders, and coordinating with the logistics team on deliveries. The role involves maintaining showroom appearance, updating product displays, and ensuring accurate product information is shared with customers. The Salesperson will also follow up on leads, support promotional activities, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets. Qualifications Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals. Ability to communicate clearly in English and Arabic, both verbally and in writing. Comfort with basic computer use, point-of-sale systems, and handling cash or electronic payments. Interest in interior design, furniture trends, and creating functional living spaces. Ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and support showroom activities. Previous experience in retail or furniture sales is an advantage but not strictly required. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
