About the Role:We are looking for a driven and results-oriented German-Speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. If you have a proven track record of breaking the ice, generating high-quality leads, and navigating the German market with confidence, we want to hear from you!
In this role, you will be on the front lines of our tele-sales process, initiating contact with potential clients in the DACH region, qualifying leads, and setting up our account executives for success.
What You Will Do:
Conduct outbound cold calling and outreach to target prospects in the German market.
Identify client needs and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Clearly articulate our value proposition to key decision-makers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and prospect interactions in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with the broader sales team to refine outreach strategies and hit revenue targets.
What We Are Looking For:
Language Skills: Fluent/Native-level German (Minimum C1) and excellent English.
Experience: Proven previous experience as an SDR, Inside Sales Rep, or in a Cold Calling role specifically targeting the German market.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional phone presence.
Drive: Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven with a hunger to succeed in sales.
