About the Role As our Social Media Manager, you'll lead the brand's organic presence across social media platforms, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Tik Tok. You'll be responsible for content planning, community engagement, brand awareness, and identifying winning content that supports our overall marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities :???? Develop and manage monthly content calendars in collaboration with content writers, designers, and video creators.???? Publish content at optimal times to maximize reach, engagement, and audience growth.???? Stay ahead of trends and create fast, engaging, trend-driven content, especially for Tik Tok and Reels.???? Build and nurture an active online community through meaningful conversations, polls, and interactive content.???? Respond to comments and messages while maintaining the brand's voice and personality.???? Encourage customer reviews, referrals, and user-generated content to strengthen brand credibility.???? Monitor and analyze key organic performance metrics, including:Follower Growth Engagement Rate Organic Reach Content Shareability???? Identify winning content and provide insights to support paid media campaigns.???? Conduct ongoing content experiments and A/B testing to continuously improve performance. What We're Looking For✔️ Bachelor's degree of related field ✔️ 2–4 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies.✔️ Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok algorithms and organic growth strategies.✔️ Proven ability to build and manage engaged online communities.✔️ Creative mindset with a strong eye for content quality, design, and brand consistency.✔️ Experience using social media scheduling, monitoring, and analytics tools.
