·        Responsible for quality of service and accuracy of results and data provided to customers.

·        Responsible for safety devices in good condition.

·        Implementation of annual calibration plan of laboratory device.

·          Monitoring the measuring instruments.

·        Issuing the calibration certificate. 

·        Registering environmental conditions in the laboratory.

·        Participate in issuing of technical SOPs.

·        Supervising calibration schedules and maintenance periods of laboratory devices and   equipment.

·        Responsible for internal /external calibration of devices

·        Responsible for exit permission of laboratory device.

·          Developing the work plan in partnership with the technical lab manager.

·        Following-up laboratory-working plan.

·        Prepare Quotations.

·        Responsible for customer service.

·        Preparing purchase request and purchasing order.

·        Follow-up plan of cleaning.

·        Registering external calibration work of qualification engineers.

·        Follow up invoices.

·        Participate in audits of another department.

·        Act impartiality

·        Perform temperature calibration and uncertainty calculations.
