The ideal candidate will guide and support the sales team, implement effective sales strategies, and drive business growth. This role requires an Alexandria-based professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and solid experience using CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the educational market.• Manage the full sales cycle.• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.• Ensure proper use of CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
