Lead and manage the Cost Accounting team and Inventory Controller.
Oversee product costing and inventory valuation across manufacturing operations.
Analyze production costs, material consumption, waste, and cost variances.
Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in periodic stock counts.
Prepare cost reports, profitability analysis, and management insights.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction initiatives.
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance to improve operational efficiency.
Develop and enhance costing systems, controls, and reporting processes.
