Join COB Solution and help us deliver exceptional patient care through seamless healthcare operations.
What You'll Do:✅ Coordinate patient scheduling and therapist assignments.✅ Manage referrals and patient appointments.✅ Monitor operational KPIs and scheduling performance.✅ Support therapists with scheduling, documentation, and billing coordination.✅ Maintain accurate reports and improve operational processes.
Requirements:✔ Experience in Healthcare Operations, Patient Scheduling, Home Care, Physical Therapy, or Medical Office Administration.✔ Fluent English.✔ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.✔ Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets
