Role Description The Marketing Department Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with sales and operations to promote tourism packages, and conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences. The specialist prepares marketing materials, manages social media and other digital channels, and monitors campaign performance to optimize results. Daily tasks include communicating with internal teams and external partners, supporting customer engagement initiatives, and maintaining accurate records of marketing activities and budgets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and internal teams. Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends and develop effective promotional campaigns. Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to support lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling of tourism services.
