We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our Sterile & Oral Manufacturing Operations at our Badr Manufacturing Site. What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end Sterile & Oral manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient production.
- Maximize plant performance through capacity optimization, productivity improvement and effective resource utilization.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance OEE, quality and cost efficiency.
- Deliver production targets while maintaining the highest standards of GMP, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering and other cross-functional teams to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
- Build, coach and develop high-performing teams.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (Master's degree is an advantage).
- 12+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including leadership of large production teams.
- Hands-on experience managing both Sterile and Oral Solid Dose manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated success in capacity optimization, productivity improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence and performance management.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
- A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
